Iveco Group N.V. (EXM: IVG) is a multinational automotive company active in the field of commercial and specialty vehicles, powertrain and related financial services. The registered office is in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with the headquarters located in Turin, Italy. The company is listed on the Euronext Milan stock exchange[1][2]. Iveco Group employs over 35,000 people worldwide[3]. The Board of Directors is currently composed of nine Directors: two Executive Directors and seven Non-executive Directors[4]. The Chair is Suzanne Heywood, the CEO is Gerrit Marx[5][6].
Iveco Group was established on 1 January 2022 following a spin-off from CNH Industrial[7][8][9]. The Group is the latest step of a process began in 1975 with the creation of IVECO (Industrial Vehicles Corporation) through the merger of five truck brands: Fiat Veicoli Industriali, OM and Lancia Veicoli Speciali, Unic of France and Magirus Deutz of Germany.[10][11]

Iveco Group presides eight brands, active in the commercial and special vehicles, powertrain and related financial services sectors[12].
- IVECO designs, manufactures and commercialises heavy, medium and light duty commercial vehicles[13].
- FPT Industrial specialises in powertrain technologies for on-and off-road vehicles, as well as marine and power generation applications[14].
- IVECO BUS designs and manufactures urban and intercity buses, tourism coaches and minibuses[15][16].
- HEULIEZ specialises in buses for passenger transport[17].
- IDV is a provider specialised defence and civil protection equipment[18].
- ASTRA produces large-scale, heavy-duty quarry and construction vehicles[19].
- MAGIRUS specialises in firefighting vehicles[20].
- IVECO CAPITAL is the financial services brand of the Group[21]
Industrial sites and global presence[edit]
Iveco Group has 20 industrial sites: 17 in Europe, 2 in South America and 1 in the rest of the world. Research and development is carried out across 29 centres: 21 in Europe, 1 in North America, 4 in South America and 3 in the rest of the world[22]
Projects and partnerships[edit]
Hyundai Motor Company[edit]
In March 2022, Iveco Group signed a MOU with Hyundai Motor Company to cooperate on electric light commercial vehicle for the European market[23][24]. The same year Iveco Group and Hyundai Motor Company presented the first fuel cell large van at IAA 2022 in Hanover and in 2023 a new hydrogen city bus at the Busworld trade show, held in Brussels[25] [26]
Nikola Iveco Europe[edit]
In June 2023, Iveco Group announced the acquisition of full ownership of Nikola Iveco Europe, now operating as EVCO Gmbh, which produces electric and fuel cell heavy duty trucks[27][28]
