  • Comment: Notability has to be for the game itself, not just the fan translation. In other words, you have to find reviews of the game, probably in Japanese-language sources, before it can be a standalone article. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ () 12:50, 29 December 2023 (UTC)

Kurohyou 2: Ryu Ga Gotoku Ashura-hen (Japanese: クロヒョウ2 龍が如く 阿修羅編, "Black Leopard 2: Like a Dragon Ashura Chapter") is a video game developed by Sega along with syn Sophia[1] and released by Sega for the PlayStation Portable (PSP) in 2012. It is the sequel to Kurohyō: Ryū ga Gotoku Shinshō.

Plot[edit]

Two years have passed since the Toda incident. Tatsuya Ukyo decides to live his life by growing stronger and stronger. However, Dragon Heat, the place where he fought his 10 battles, is being challenged by another underground fighting ring group called Asura. Now Tatsuya must ally himself with some other young fighters in order to save Dragon Heat.

TV drama[edit]

A television series based on the game began airing on TBS on April 5, 2012 and ended after 11 episodes.[2] The series is a sequel to the 2010 series that also ran for 11 episodes

Legacy[edit]

Although the game, along with its original, is one of the few entries in the Yakuza series which has never received an international release, interest from fans has led to the development of fan translations for both games.[3][4][5]
