Tall Pines is an upcoming miniseries from Mae Martin for Netflix.

Premise[edit]

Set in a pleasant yet sinister town, the series will look at difficulties between generations.[1]

In April 2023, an eight-part series from Mae Martin was commissioned by Netflix with Msrtin also set to star. Martin will act as showrunner on the series alongside Ryan Scott, as well as executive producer.[2] Production is through London- and Los Angeles-based Objective Fiction and Canada’s Sphere Media.[3] Scott also serves as executive producer alongside Ben Farrell for Objective Fiction along with Hannah Mackay, Jennifer Kawaja and Bruno Dubé.[4]

Martin moved to Los Angeles to work on the series.[5] They have said it is a story they have "been dying to tell for years".[6]

Filming is expected to get underway in Toronto in June 2024.[7]
