Numana is a dialect cluster of Plateau languages in Nigeria.

Varieties[edit]

There are four principal dialects:[2]

  • Gbantu
  • Numbu
  • Ningye
  • Janda

Nunku had previously been counted as Numana, due to geographic proximity, but is actually a dialect of Mada.
