Hajji Bekandeh-ye Khoshk-e Bijar Rural District (Persian: دهستان حاجي بكنده خشك بيجار)[3] is in Khoshk-e Bijar District of Rasht County, Gilan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Hajji Bekandeh.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 9,973 in 2,928 households.[6] There were 9,793 inhabitants in 3,227 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 9,282 in 3,330 households. The most populous of its 16 villages was Jirkuyeh, with 1,103 people.[2]
