Shahrestanak (Persian: شهرستانك), also Romanized as Shahrestānak, Shahristānak, and Shakhrshtanak,^[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Dashtabi-ye Sharqi Rural District of Dashtabi District, Buin Zahra County, Qazvin province, Iran.^[4] The village is populated by Azerbaijanians.^[5]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,564 in 404 households.^[6] The following census in 2011 counted 1,556 people in 418 households.^[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,883 people in 553 households.^[2]
