Premo-Porretta power "poll"[edit]

Why is the Premo-Porretta power "poll" called a "poll?" How many pollsters were there? On its face, the ranking appears to be a list of selections by one or two men. Jeff in CA 10:53, 17 March 2013 (UTC)
