"In November 1995, a tropical cyclone struck southeastern India and later spawned a rare snowstorm in Nepal," - Do you think you could link the 1995 North Indian Ocean cyclone season in here? Maybe at "November 1995"?

Why doesn't the MH mention the lowest minimum pressure?

I see that no warnings were issued in Nepal for the cyclone, but no preparations for India?
