Importance Ranking[edit]

I've ranked this article comparatively high, in line with the importance qualifications of its respective projects, because of it's impact on the Soviet Union, the Cold War, and the World; it would not be unreasonable to say that this was the true beginning of the end for the Soviet Union. -- NoCOBOL (talk) 06:34, 25 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
