Request for expert attention[edit]
It would be useful to have more on exactly why this otherwise apparently obscure case has been cited so often in other cases, the significance of the precedent set, and the nature of subsequent precedents set by other cases which have cited it. -- The Anome (talk) 12:52, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
Clarification needed[edit]
The quoted paragraph is difficult to understand - at least to me - especially since it begins with:
- By force of which custom he justified the stopping of the said windows; [...]
The mention of "windows" is confusing here because the article does not refer to any windows, nor it is clear why would windows - in this case or any other case, possibly a precedent, be relevant. A summary of that paragraph would really be useful for the reader. GregorB (talk) 18:12, 18 February 2017 (UTC)
