Can't give you a reliable source, but I was there on 29 December and all the tracks were open apart from the section of the loop track which includes the lookout point. There's now a hygiene station at the upper entrance on Hillcrest Road as well as the one you've noted on Old North Road. Nice work on the article.-gadfium 01:26, 10 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I reckon I have a couple of reasonable references now regarding the dieback issue. I was there recently, and yes all are open.
