Isn't there a better name than a pejorative exonym?[edit]

Obviously the most known name should be included, but if you only have that epithet, you're essentially buying into neurolinguistic propaganda. As a neuropsychologist, research into the halo effect and priming--even if less impressive than originally assumed--makes me concerned about these names which are inherently not WP:POV.
