Verfifcation[edit]

User:QuietHere: What needs more verification? What do you doubt about? Thanks for hints. --Krächz (talk) 15:04, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Krächz: There are several statements made in this article, such as the genre, studios where the album was recorded, and especially "The album was well received," in the lead, etc., that need references to external sources to know they're accurate. Plus external sources to get more info, like a more-specific release date, would also be great to have here. QuietHere (talk) 15:17, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, I doubled, tripled and quatrupled the sources, so every single sentence has a reference now. The lead normally is a conclusion of the following article and needs no further verification. Are the two reviews I used in "style" and "reception" not a "well" recievement? Otherwise I have to delete the sentence from the lead, that is no big deal. If you want further information, feel free to add. A template for verification is not the right tool to expand an article, I guess. --Krächz (talk) 16:01, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Krächz: Couldn't think of an answer one way or another in regards to your question myself, so I posed it here. Please add any input you may have. QuietHere (talk) 15:56, 26 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
My English isn't that good to joint the discussion, but definitely WP:Synth is relevant for our question, so no more contradiction. en-Wiki seems to be stricter in this topic than de-Wiki. --Krächz (talk) 22:45, 7 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
