copyvios suspected[edit]

This whole article reads like taken from promotional materials...most likely the websites mentioned as references. However, with the exception on Reference 2, every link in References and External Links is a dead link, so this can't be checked. Other sections[edit]

"Activities & Clubs" don't show up on more recent websites found; the source one is a dead link. Because it is a list, copyvio may not apply anyway.

"Football" is also a list and might be okay as is.

"Swimming pool" is not sourced at all. May be WP:OR from personal observation.
