As of right now, these are the improvements required to this article:

Too many images. You shouldn't sandwich text between two images. In addition, they should use the thumb parameter as at the moment they are too large.
References. There are none, all text should be referenced.
Sections. At the moment it's one big piece of text, this needs to be broken up into sections.
External links. While adding links to governing bodies would be acceptable, links to Kennels are not as under the WP:ELNO policy.
