Verification[edit]

If you can confirm parts please strike out or note success or failure:

This article appears to have been the subject of hoaxing. I can find no evidence that he played at woodstock let alone the claims that were made (and I think this is the sort of thing that would be mentioned).

Can we confirm this claim: He is famous for his catch phrase "Yee Haw Duuuuuude!" ?

The material on his relationship with Ozzy Osbourne needs to be checked. I'm not sure it is accurately described.

Can we confirm he smashed his bass and set it on fire? (I know someone did but I don't know who).

(Everything else probably needs checking too).

This article has so much vandalism on it! How stupid, he doesn't do "sweep picking" on the bass and anyone who has ever heard his playing will tell you that. Also he is not a fan of Dr. Dre at all, I read an interview where he criticized rap music. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.116.202.156 (talk) 02:46, 13 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like vandalism to me...[edit]

I suspect that this article has been the victim of vandalism. Speedy Hick Metal???? also: JIMMY PAGE played his GUITAR with a violin bow, and JIMI HENDRIX set his GUITAR on fire in the 60's.

tidied up the entry[edit]

Some semblence of reality now in this entry- mainly from Bob's website and other internet references- the royalty lawsuit & Daisley's major lyrical contribution to Ozzy's success has been referenced in the Ozzy entry and other applicable music places within Wickipedia. works with Ozzy.[edit]

There is mentioned that Bob plays on The ultimate sin record, wich is false (checked from liner notes). In reality Phil Soussan played on that album —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dr. Rockter (talkcontribs) 16:43, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Gary Moore Section[edit]

"He continued to work with Gary Moore until recently."

Please edit - Gary Moore has been dead for over a year now. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.124.11.250 (talk) 00:01, 15 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
