Title of article[edit]

I think that this article should be renamed "Bonfire (band)" to avoid possible confusion with "Bonfire (album)". This also seems to me to be the most common way band pages are titled.

Any thoughts? Spooky Donkey 04:51, 12 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, and I've been bold and done the move. Anyone should feel free to revert if they disagree, but I imagine this won't be too controversial. Meelar (talk) 13:40, 13 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

LOTS of Changes[edit]

Nearly a month ago I rewrote the entire Bonfire (band) entry. The history/band members/albums were writen up after I had interviewed Joerg Deisinger, Angel Schleifer, Michael Bormann and indirectly with Claus Lessmann. I also helped to create the English version of the Bonfire Fan Site as well as maintain a Yahoo Group dedicated to the band(s). Just citing my sources so no one thinks I made all that up. I hope it helps this site as well as anyone interested in the band.

Conflict of Interest[edit]

As the majority author of this article on Bonfire, I will proclaim that I do not have any conflict of interest in this article whatsoever. I am not a member of the band, nor a former member. I do not work with the band at all in any way. I am however a big fan and I admit that. I have done much research on the group's history that a few years ago I rewrote/started this article to help educate others of the band's history. I tried to make it sound unbias and if I failed to do so I apologize and all additions that I may make will be done in a fair manner. I try to keep up to date on the group's events and when I feel it is a history item I will add it but only when confirmed by the band or their official web site, such as the recent change in the drummer. I do not spread false information, rumours or promote the band on this site. I just make the entry as informative as possible for others to learn of Bonfire.
