NPOV[edit]

This article currently reads like campaign literature. janejellyroll 00:33, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is it even notable? Hawker Typhoon 00:34, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It doesn't seem so to me. What hit me on first reading was the POV problems. What is the precedent for members of state House of Representatives? janejellyroll 00:37, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think that a sitting representative is relevant info, hey how bout the robbery that happened at his house, I know it isn't breaking news or anything, but he did manage to keep relatively composed and everything, I think it is a bit more interesting in general than taking down a couple of pictures.

Whitegrrl, the editor who created the page and has made most of the edits, works for the representative. I have urged him/her to read our relevant policies (WP:COI and WP:NPOV). My specific concerns are the peacock terms that are only sourced by the subject's bio page ("successful," etc) and the non-encyclopedic content like the "Greatest Father" information. I'm not sure it is appropriate for Whitegrrl to continue as a major editor of the page at this point as appropriate tags are being removed and inappropriate information keeps being re-added to the article. janejellyroll 03:21, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I do not plan to be a major editor of this page but having stumbled across incorrect information I have used this site for the first time to remove the incorrect information and provide more accurate information about the Representative. Whitegrrl 05:07, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Many apologies but I jumped in before reading policies and instructions. I will not be making additions or changes after now.Whitegrrl 05:34, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
