Seems to me that the content of the existing stub at Boustead Group should be merged into this article, if indeed they are companies in the same group. – ukexpat (talk) 14:02, 20 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Back in 1950s, Boustead & Co was divided into three separate companies in Singapore, the UK and Malaysia. These three companies are separate entities as of today, each company being listed on their respective stock exchanges.

Boustead Singapore was bought over by a entirely new management team in 1996. I don't think both articles should be merged, considering each of these companies do not have identical business functions anymore, neither do the management of the three companies seem to communicate any link to their similarly named counterparts.

What are your thoughts? There might be some confusion if the articles are merged.
