Cleanup[edit]

—-— .:Seth Nimbosa:. (talkcontribs) 11:11, 3 September 2007 (UTC):[reply]

I believe for brevity we need some cleanup of both this page and that of Armonk, New York, and in the process some material will be merged. I will accomplish this in a week, objections, suggestions, comments are welcome meanwhile. Thanks..

File:41569 2325564271 2535328 n.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion[edit]

An image used in this article, File:41569 2325564271 2535328 n.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?
Speedy deletions at commons tend to take longer than they do on Wikipedia, so there is no rush to respond. If you feel the deletion can be contested then please do so (commons:COM:SPEEDY has further information). Otherwise consider finding a replacement image before deletion occurs.

Biased Much???[edit]

This page is absurd. It is more of an advertisement for the school than an article. If it was up to me, it would be deleted and rewritten from scratch but I don't feel I have the right to do that to the people who wrote it. Anyhow, something needs to be done. Replacing deleted names and references[edit]

I am replacing the reference for Laura Brannigan. School newspapers are reliable when it comes to their alumni. Schools know who attended.

I am also replacing both Eyal Podell and Sean Maher. The Podell reference states that "Podell attended high school in Armonk, N.Y. with Sean Maher, who also became an actor (on the TV series Firefly) and introduced Podell to his wife." There is only one high school in Armonk – Byram Hills. Plus the Cahill reference has a caption under one picture that states "The Crucible. Left to right: Sean Maher (star of Brian's Song and BHHS graduate), me, Eddie, and castmate Amber Fidel. Fall 1994."

The references are good. ZeroMercury (talk) 04:45, 24 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please explain how a school newspaper meets WP:RS, especially since they are specifically listed there as not reliable. Ynet wouldn't meet RS either, but that is irrelevant because they do not verify the content anyway. What you are asserting is WP:OR.
Please familiarize yourself with WP:BRD, and do not readd the disputed content again unless you reach a consensus to include it. John from Idegon (talk) 04:56, 24 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
