We are aware that the wording on Cornish entries can sometimes be a contentious topic, especially those concerning geography. Although this is not the platform to contribute the complete Chenoweth family history, there are notable references missing from this page that would be useful for readers interested in genealogy. Also missing is information regarding the DNA research that Peter Chenoweth (Georgia) and Jon Egge (Oregon) have been doing for several years. The Chenoweth Massacre referenced in this article is but one notable Chenolweth family event in US history for which there is documentation. There are several other historical/interesting events associated with the family name that should be added, including association with the history of Baltimore, MD and the story line for the movie, "Anatomy of a Murder".
