Article requests : An additional, freely-licensed graphic would add reader interest.
Citing sources : Most fraternity articles would benefit from additional citations, especially new or updated references. These could be from a notable publication or book such as a university yearbook (please add missing collegiate yearbooks to this source!), or an official university portal (~website) listing for the group, or where the school comments publicly on that student organization.
Infobox : The infobox template may be reviewed on the Fraternities and Sororities Project page.
Maintain : Set a calendar reminder to update the chapter list and otherwise check the article for necessary updates, annually. The current address is the office of the organization's national secretary.
Update : If calling out specific chapters in the body text, italicize the name of the chapter. Wikipedia practice is that the word "chapter" is not capitalized, while the name of the chapter is.
Wikify : Add relevant symbolism to the infobox. Occasionally, confirm the physical address and national website (Note, as of Sept 2023, some of the links of the national website are bad). Occasionally, confirm the number of chapters, adjust for new chapters and dormancies. Expand the History section. The chapter list is now in a table format, and may be pushed to a separate standalone page (subjective decision, perhaps 30 chapters or more). The chapter list is missing a few dates of closure or re-chartering. Similarly, a list of notable members may be placed into a table, with a field for references.
In cleaning up and expanding the table of chapters, I noticed that several "Sigma series" chapters were added at somewhat later dates on campuses where there was a pre-existing chapter. These pre-existing chapters may have gone dormant in the Great Depression, and the Sigma-series charters were aimed at restoring them (a rational choice, if not the standard naming system now prevalent among GLOs.) Can anyone from the fraternity elaborate?
Additionally, the Alpha Lambda chapter that is listed on the national website at "Whitworth College" of Brookhaven, Mississippi appears to be in error. The school in Brookhaven was accurately called Whitworth Female College, and was an institution that closed in 1938. Hence it cannot have been chartered in 1967. However, there is a school in Seattle, Washington named Whitworth College (well, actually now it is Whitworth University. Is the school incorrectly listed on the national website?
