Possible merger with Nationwide Festival of Light[edit]

I created this article on CARE separately from the page Nationwide Festival of Light, rather than add to that article and move it here to the current name, because (i) the early history of the organisation under its original name seemed more notable than the current one, and (ii) as I understand it there was such a marked shift in purpose and emphasis that it became practically a different organisation.

However, I have no objection to merging the articles if policy requires it. If so, I suggest it should be done by adding this content at the end of the NFoL page, then deleting this one to make way for moving the old one here. – Fayenatic (talk) 21:05, 19 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

List of MPs[edit]

One or two editors added a list of MPs who had worked for CARE or had employed CARE interns. I removed this it was given WP:UNDUE weight within this article. Comparing the list to a number, which was not necessarily as at the same date, seems unreliable and not good content anyway as it is original synthesis. – Fayenatic L (talk) 23:21, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I found a live link to the Independent article and added information from this, using it as a citation, and mentioning that it includes a list of MPs with connections to CARE. This seems an appropriate level of coverage to me. – Fayenatic L (talk) 23:44, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
