Country of Origin[edit]

This page refers to the CMC in the US, yet an older established CMC still exists in the UK. Some clarification needed perhaps and/or a seperate page for the UK church required?

The UK Congregational Methodist Church can trace its origins in the Act of Uniformity of 1662 When nearly 2000 Puritan Ministers; were expelled from the Church of England, as they could not prove Apostolic Succession and they refused to comply to this request.
