Notability[edit]

An earlier article by this name was deleted in 2013, its subject having been considered insufficiently notable. I don't know what that article's contents were, but given the recognition of Weatherhill's achievements by well-established organisations such as Gorsedh Kernow, the fact that books of his were published by respected publishers such as Francis Boutle, and the general availability of his publications (I've found them at Tate St Ives and at Foyle's and Waterstones in London), it seems evident to me that at this point Weatherhill meets notability criteria. An archive of previous article is available here, but this may not be its final state. All article revisions are normally available to Wikipedia administrators. This new version is much better sourced, but it still could be challenged for notability. This may depend on whether Packet Newspapers are assessed to be a reliable source.
