Untitled[edit]

Additions made this evening are contained in the documentary concerning the DSC, but are also corroborated by Dr. Alan Weston, currently of NASA Ames, who was a founding member, and one of the bungee jumpers in the first three jumps. Barrytilton 00:48, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Death at Trebuchet throwing?[edit]

According to an episode of "Myth Busters" the "Dangerous Sports Club" operated a trebuchet in Oxfordshire. It tossed people 55m into a net. A girl bounced out and broke her pelvis (they show a video of it) and later, a guy missed the net completely and was killed. No dates given. NickAdler (talk) 16:29, 19 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Still going?[edit]

...pioneers who were active...

The article doesn't make clear whether the club still exists. Valetude (talk) 14:45, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal[edit]

This has been discussed before, on Kirke's talk page, and the consensus seemed to support a merge: however, that merge never happened and the discussion was more than four years ago so I'm visiting it afresh to see what people think. ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 19:35, 3 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Merger was a good idea and still is a good idea. If you don't get pushback then be bold and just do it! Jonathan A Jones (talk) 11:47, 5 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
No objections, so I've done it. ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 10:07, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
