Should Marrickville be added to Greek suburbs? It may be filling with yuppies, but even today there is an association between Greeks and Marrickville.--Ferox117 (talk) 00:28, 23 December 2008 (UTC) Also shouldn't kogarah be added as an indian suburb —Preceding unsigned comment added by 119.12.158.192 (talk) 06:26, 12 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think the statistic on number of foreign born people is correct. --kaja —Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.107.108.225 (talk) 15:16, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I went and reviewed the Australian Bureau of Statistics source and the figures match up precisely. 203.9.151.254 (talk) 07:18, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

File:Sydney pop-MJC.svg[edit]

Having both the table (Sydney population by year) and this picture seems unnecessary, and the layout of the article is improved considerably without it. Nuiop729 (talk) 11:37, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Religion[edit]

Oddly enough, the section on religion contained less information than the same section in the main article on Sydney, more should be added. Daniel De Mol (talk) 01:35, 8 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Ethnic asociations with suburbs[edit]

The list in the "Ethnic groups" showing ethnic associations with particular suburbs seems to be mostly original research, with only one entry being sourced. It needs to be referenced to show that it isn't OR. --AussieLegend () 04:41, 10 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

More sources[edit]

[1] and [2], discovered during the AfD mentioned above, look fairly useful for expanding the ethnic mix section. Someone not using his real name (talk) 19:25, 24 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Race ??[edit]

I'd like to see a section on races ? As I have been interested in the race percentages of cities like New York, London, Tokyo, Beijing, and others with more ambiguous demographic data. By this I'm talking: black, white, arabic, south asian, east&south-east asian. Tetriminos (talk) 08:27, 21 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
