Can't still be a lieutenant[edit]

The elder son of Winston Churchill M.P. is given as 'Lieutenant Randolph Leonard Spencer-Churchill b. 22 Jan 1965'. At 53, he can't still be a lieutenant. Are we not allowed to know anything of his history or current status? Valetude (talk) 15:23, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
