Alternate Cover[edit]

I-95 doesn't go through Detroit, I-75 does[edit]

I am surprised thi8s criticism of the song is not mentioned here. The song clearly mentions I-95, not I-75 which does go through Detroit and is a major freeway in Detroit/Michigan. Ummm....I don't think you're taking the lyric in proper context. Directly from the inner sleeve of Destroyer, which contained the first printed KISS lyrics (but only for this particular song), the lyric is: "Movin fast, doin' 95/Hit top speed but I'm still movnig much too slow". Based on this, the 95 in the verse is an obvious reference to the position of the needle on the speedometer of the vehicle and the vehicle's speed, not the road traveled. 76.214.206.174 (talk) 01:39, 29 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
