Article title[edit]

I think this one should really be under something like Vue (software) as it was before, and I don't really like these kind of titles unless it's a product with very long articles. Now we're put in the situtation where most of the stuff here still applies to Vue 6 and the title is for a specific product under the Vue 5 line. -- Northgrove 22:44, 27 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, and I have tried to remedy this.--Drgrigg 04:20, 4 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

May I propose moving this back to Vue (software) on the grounds that it does (and should) cover the full spectrum of Vue software, and not one particular model? Any objections? UkPaolo/talk 08:11, 30 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Good idea. No objections. Ops101ex 18:27, 7 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Seems like a good plan. Since this discussion seems to have died off, if no-one raises a good objection in the near future I'll move it unless someone beats me to it. Mark Grant 22:37, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, I'm new here, so please excuse me if my message looks all wacked out. Anyways I think that if we're talking about making it cover all of vue 6, then I suggest that a e-on software page be created in order to keep everything in order. That way you could list the general features of the product(s), and then edit then create different catagories to repreent the differences between each respective model. any questions, comments, ideas? Hawai UFO[edit]

Anyone saw the popular hoax on YouTube ? Thank you Vue 6 !

Hardly a Wikipedia-ish article[edit]

I like Vue 6 as much as anybody else, but the wording of this is a bit over the top. I mean, it's great software but presenting it like it's straight off the back of the box is a little unprofessional in my opinion. Like we really need to know a list of Vue users? Lightwave doesn't include a list of LW users. Inigo07 (talk) 15:17, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, there might be room for notable uses of vue. The stuff from pirates might be a good example. And where is the mention of Vue7? "Vue 6 suite became available in October 2006." is hardly current.
Agreed, I have put up the advert template. Maybe someone with a little more time can have a look at it. 59.167.191.106 (talk) 02:36, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
14 years after the above and each of the users list and the "see also" sections is larger than the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.72.40.86 (talk) 08:04, 26 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Vue6.jpg[edit]

Image:Vue6.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
