Could the author or somebody else please add page numbers to the footnotes, at least footnotes 1 and 3? I copied them to German Wikipedia, but they were rejected there for the lack of page numbers, and unfortunately I don't speak Russian and have no access to the English Book. Anyway, complete footnotes with page numbers are better.--HannesdeCorrect me! 11:51, 12 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I have added individual page numbers to the references to Paert's book. Katunin and Belskiy's article is just 4 pages long, so I have just added a page range to a single ref. Hope this helps. -- Vmenkov (talk) 19:09, 14 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
