Insect resistance[edit]

Aside from tamper-resistant seals, mention (much more important) efforts to keep ants etc. out. As even the slightest ventilation hole might mean the death (stops spinning, though power keeps flowing, thus bill becomes $0, only then is problem discovered) of the meter within months.
