Copy and Pasting[edit]

  • This was one of my colleges, so I had to create this page

  • Who's the moron that copy and pasted from Emmanuel's website? I worked to make this a legitmate page. Please at least have the decency to 1. be a wikipedian, and 2. leave your name!

I'm the moron that used material from Emmanuel's website and gave proper reference to the website itself. I apologize if my actions offended you, but I think the article on Emmanuel's history was (and still is) severely lacking. Please see what you can do to add to the rich history of E.C. and I'm sure that many alumni will be grateful.

By the way, I am now a wikipedian and a five-year Emmanuel graduate and wish to be simply be known as thrasherfan75. And, yes, I know you and you know me, too.  ;-)

I agree that it's lacking. However, before I showed up, there was nothing at all. Sorry if calling you a moron was offensive...I tend to type faster than I think... If there are wikipedia EC alumns out there, then they should edit away, however, keeping in line with the standards of wikipedia, copy and pasting is plagarism...and while we might have got away with it at Emmanuel, we won't here. Also, the website source you provided isn't a direct link...I don't know what it actually is, possibly a mirror site or something, but link I used is correct. So, you know me, I know you...create a user page so I can figure that one out.

Caleb Synan[edit]

Who is Caleb Synan and why is he included in this article? I cannot see where mentioning this person helps make a better article. In fact, this statement seems awkward and out of place. Ltwin (talk) 20:33, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
