Nomination for speedy deletion[edit]

The page was written in relation to the link to this school on a list of schools in the north lanakshire constituancy.

My nomination for speedy deletion stands. I do not see anything in the article that indicates notability - it seems much like any other school. It transpires I was too hasty in tagging for speedy deletion and schools are not eligible for deletion under A7. Rather than nominating for deletion I've had a go at improving the article. See below. Gaffertape (talk) 01:49, 5 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Article improvement[edit]

I've attempted to improve the article. Unfortunately I do not know anything about the school, so there is only so far I can take it! I've added wiki links where I can. However, I have deleted quite a lot of the original content which was either not really up to Wikipedia standards (e.g. details of the school day timings) or was either point of view or required citations (e.g. success in anti-bullying initiatives).
