Changing the page continuously makes other languages ​​of this page no longer interwiki links?

Mat Block

Greninja is not the only Pokemon with Mat Block. Throh can use it in the Gen 7 games. Is that notable enough to change the article? I'm thinking something along the lines of:

Prior to Generation 7, Greninja was the only Pokémon to learn Mat Block...
