Is the ferry currently working? I suspect not; if so could some one add a sentence about this, preferably with referneces. Peterkingiron (talk) 10:36, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
The ferry was relaunched in 2009 but there is currently speculation that it might no longer be running. It was even recently listed as permanently closed on Google. This is mainly based on reviews on Google but there is no reliable news source to this. Tk420 (talk) 21:44, 19 March 2017 (UTC)
On my most recent visit to Hampton in the past month the ferry's landing stage was overgrown and the signboard read 'closed'. According the article for Hampton Loade station on the Severn Valley Railway's website the ferry has ceased operation.Tk420 (talk) 19:29, 6 July 2017 (UTC)
