About Japanese Wikipedia article controversy[edit]

I found a new post -ja:ノート:飯塚幸三#IPさんの反論(仮題) at Ja-Wikipedia just now. The new post by an IP user includes a detailed comment on the Japanese article ja:Kozo Iizuka (飯塚幸三) in Ja-Wikipedia.

According the post, he insists that Kozo Iizuka was publicly active in business or engaging in studies as a researcher at official organizations in Japan at the time of the car accident, but he could not continue to do so because he was injured by a serious car accident which he did by himself and involved in a criminal trial after that. He insisted at the trial that he is innocent of the charge because there was defects in his car "Toyota Prius", which means he was also a victim by the accident.

For this reason, the IP user insists that the incident should not be excluded in the article in question (in case B-2: 重大な事件・事故によって被害を受けた著名人). See ja:Wikipedia:削除の方針#ケース_B-2:プライバシー問題に関して.

The present status is against even a guideline of Japanese Wikipedia (in case:B-2) which does not admit adding articles about a criminal trial and anti-social action in order to protect his/her own privacy, rather than the public interest. Ja-Wikipedia does not accept an exception even though which is closely relating to a public officer or renowned person during he/her lifetime.

I totally agree with his comment of the posting.

Besides, Ja-Wikipedia also admits exception (in case:B-2 本名を公開している著名人の本名), which declares that it does not delete an article that includes real names of celebrities who have published their real names. As mentioned above, Iizuka was active at his job and not a private citizen at all at the time of the accident. In this sense, I think Ja-Wikipedia made an error of judgment.

Thank you. -- Green (talk) 12:28, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Two points to note:
  1. This user, Green, is indefinitely blocked on jawiki.
  2. The whole comment from Green is unrelated to enwiki. ネイ (talk) 14:38, 28 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hello ネイ, you should not comment like that. It is quite out of focus, as I already refuted a comment for that on jawiki. Please see my talk page for details at jawiki. --Green (talk) 08:58, 4 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Since you are indefinitely blocked on jawiki, anything you say regarding jawiki does not have credibility (unless a Meta RFC confirms widespread abuses - I do not find such RFC so far). I do not see a need to reply further here. ネイ (talk) 01:56, 9 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

ネイ, I am afraid that you and your fellows has been trying to play tricks on me. Please stop to do like that. I repeatedly get messages as follows: "Subject: WikipediaにおけるアカウントGreenの複数回のログイン失敗 新しいデバイスからあなたのアカウントに対して複数回のログイン失敗がありました。" -- Green (talk) 01:14, 9 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

How does that relate to me? ネイ (talk) 01:56, 9 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
It seems clear that this has been happening quite often after you had posted the above note. I got another today, too: "Multiple failed attempts to log in to Wikipedia as Green There have been multiple failed attempts to log in to your account from a new device. Sent from Wikimedia Foundation, 1 Montgomery Street, Suite 1600, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA" -- Green (talk) 11:11, 9 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Green: I deny having any involvement on this. Please provide evidence on my involvement in failed attempts to log in to your account. If you do not have any evidence, could you please retract the above accusation? ネイ (talk) 14:15, 18 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I said you or your fellows might have done those deeds. It is up to you. If you deny that you did not, then your followers did by your misleading post, didn't you? -- Green (talk) 05:52, 20 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Since you declined to retract the accusation, that leaves me with no choice but to take it to WP:AN/I. ネイ (talk) 11:32, 20 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
