Almost copy?[edit]

I know it is very short but this does seem to be largely a copy of [1], true, some of the numbers are different but this-
We have a scientifically designed building, having 40 well furnished rooms and finest laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Information Technology.
Is not that different to -
Its scientifically designed building has 34 well furnished rooms, finest labs for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Information Technology.
