I have begun to edit information on this page and am a former student of this institution. I might not be uptodate with most current events and developments at Isipathana but have made an effort in bringing the wiki to show more information. please feel free to help me in referencing.

Merger proposal[edit]

I propose that Isipathana Vidyalaya be merged into List of Isipathana Vidyalaya alumni. I think that the content in the List of Isipathana Vidyalaya alumni article can easily be explained in the context of Isipathana Vidyalaya, since its only six lines and the Isipathana Vidyalaya article is of a reasonable size that the merging of List of Isipathana Vidyalaya alumni will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned. Furthermore at its current size List of Isipathana Vidyalaya alumni can easily be included as a sub section of Isipathana Vidyalaya and does not warrant a page of its own. The merger proposal - merge of List of Isipathana College alumni into Isipathana College, as was insufficient size to warrant a separate article and could easily be accommodated in parent article. Advertising of merge did not result in any objections to the list being incorporated back into the parent article - non Administrator closure
