Vital years in lead[edit]

@Sweetpool50: Regarding your revert of my edit. It may be "superfluous", but it also the standard way of providing this information on English Wikipedia; not to mention it is also the standard way this is handled in biography in general (see e.g. the ODNB and other major biographical works).
