"with productions presented on over a thousand stages worldwide".--Store norske leksikon, on the other hand, says "og stykka er sett opp på ulike scener over tusen gonger"; my fair education and training in that language, tells me that (can reasonably mean, or) means the (c. 40) dramas have been performed on different stages over one thousand times. 10 stages and 100 perfomances at each place, equals one thousand. So, please anyone, be bold and remove the "thousand stages" thingy.--Suggestion: now that he has a Nobel prize, maybe we can cut out some of the 'marketing-like' text.--I can think of two things which could be notable about performances of his dramas: On which of the most prestigous stages (outside Norway), has any of his dramas been performed (and how many different dramas, on any of those stages).--I have followed Norwegian newspapers, for some years; I can not rembember having read, that a few of his dramas have been directed (outside Norway), by the best of the best!--Disclaimer: there is not much room in my countries newspapers, if an article is not about "ski sprinters", or discoveries of new oil fields in the North Sea.
