The article includes statements like: "a world-class combat team ready to fly, fight and win from the Keystone of the Pacific." This sounds like it was lifted from the base website! The Skoshi Kume was actually the Skoshi KOOM (The little Kadena Officer's Open Mess) The channel of the KAD TACAN is actually Chan 57x. No TACANs are tuned to a MHz frequency Kinner111 (talk) 18:31, 15 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Not done for now: I'm going to reluctantly decline both requests pending citations. I'm not too keen on replacing uncited text with more uncited text. The KOOM holds up. I've provided a citation. I don't know if place is notable however.
