Hiram H. Kellogg[edit]

According to the college's own web site (https://www.knox.edu/about-knox/our-history/knox-presidents) he was Knox's first president. What's the story on his omission from the article? deisenbe (talk) 13:15, 15 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • He was fired as president, or his resignation was requested. Why? deisenbe (talk) 10:24, 18 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Not notable Notables[edit]

An anonymous editor, whom we cheerfully refer to as Anon, has been adding a significant number of new names to the Notable persons section. Normally, these names ought to first have their own Wikipedia articles, properly cited, to confirm notability. THEN, they may be added as bulleted names. As this is a work in progress, perhaps Anon intends to write these articles, or check that they exist. Without such links, or at least a blue-chip citation to some national journal or news site, it is quite probable that these good-faith additions will be deleted.
