Birth place

Ancestry.com lists Kristen Jaymes Stewart as born April 9, 1990 in Los Angeles, California. This certainly makes sense considering her father was working there at the time. I'm sure all these websites - and none of them are first hand or particularly reliable sources - just assumed she was born in Colorado (notice they don't mention a specific city) because she must have said she grew up there. JackO'Lantern 05:50, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

This says the opposite: born in Colorado, raised in LA. Hmm. Buchanan-Hermit™..SCREAM!!!.... 05:59, 12 April 2006 (UTC)javascript:insertTags('--Scotsworth 13:11, 13 April 2006 (UTC)',,)
Yes, but that's another source that isn't first - hand. I couldn't find anything from Stewat's own mouth - like an interview or something she was personally involved in - where she mentions being born in Colorado. I think a strong hint that these websites assumed is that there is no specific birthplace mentioned, just state. Ancestry.com actually has the birth certificate - so you can imagine how improbable it is that it's wrong. It has certainly been helpful in the past in clearing up birthplace/date/name issues. JackO'Lantern 07:49, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
Perhaps we should track her down and ask her ojavascript:insertTags('--Scotsworth 13:11, 13 April 2006 (UTC)',,)urselves, hehe. I work as a film extra part-time; I hope some day I'll be lucky enough to get called to one of her movies, and I can try asking (and hope they won't kick me off the set for bothering the stars), hehe. Buchanan-Hermit™..SCREAM!!!.... 08:14, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
LOL fair enough. I think it'll be reported in a good source (aside from Ancestry.com) eventually anyway. JackO'Lantern 08:28, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

Everything I can find has her being born in Colorado...at last count 13 sites. I asked Google "Where was Kristen Jaymes Stewart born" and it said "Colorado." Why should we take one sites word over more than 15 other sites? And, for that matter, if all these sites were wrong, wouldn't Kristen's camp try to correct the issue? Just curious because so far only one site has her being born in LA, and that site is the one you cited. Wouldn't it make more sense for her to be raised in LA and not Colorado if her father was indeed working there? Why would she be born in LA and moved to Colorado if her father was still working in LA? --Scotsworth 06:46, 13 April 2006 (UTC)

Yes but it's not quantity, it's quality. As I said, none of these sites are first-hand - i.e. come from Stewart or have any contact with her. They're all info gathering sites, just like Wikipedia. I couldn't find anything like an interview or the like where she said she was born in Colorado. Ancestry.com is a geneology site, so obviously the birth certificates they have are more reliable. JackO'Lantern 06:50, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
Makes sense, I hope she hurry's up and says it in an interview so we can stop wondering lol. --Scotsworth 13:11, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
And she has indeed said that she was born in LA [1] Mad Jack 07:34, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Speakscreenshot.jpg

Image:Speakscreenshot.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 08:21, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

Image

Please someone change pic, this one is awful... And she rly looks terrific :) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.139.157.7 (talk) 17:17, 21 March 2008 (UTC)

I disagree, I think she looks great in this pic. Besides if you want to replace it you'd need to find another free image of her and chances are it wouldn't be as good. For An Angel (talk) 16:20, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
Have fixed with better pic. Goggils (talk) 15:30, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
I have reverted back to the other picture. Fair Use pictures are not llowed to be used for living people. It is possible to get a free picture, and in fact there is a free picture to use, the one that has been in the article. Please only change the picture to another free picture. A new name 2008 (talk) 15:40, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
Have changed to a new, free, picture. Goggils (talk) 18:26, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
No. "Have changed" to non-existent image. And your calling it free or using phrase "no copyright violation intended" doesn't make it free. Ward3001 (talk) 18:49, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
And I have blocked this user for persistent breaches of image policy; it's not difficult to find their origins. If we have a free image, I will replace it. Rodhullandemu 18:58, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

I changed her image because its not a recent picture and she looks a lot different now. The picture I added is licensed to be used, not copyright infringed, and is following terms of use thank you. - Dancelife450 July 29, 2009, 5:38 pm (UTC)

you really need to change the pic. she looks SO tired. she actually is kinda pretty and she looks horrible in that one!! *dream on*dance on* 22:54, 3 December 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Taylor Lane (talkcontribs)

Personal

I'd like to add as an interesting personal fact, that she is a vegetarian. It's definitely not a bad thing, as I am too, I just thought some people may like to know that type of information. The character Bella from Twilight in the book eats meat, so the director, Catherine Hardwicke, changed a few scenes to be considerate of Kristen's choice. She also doesn't eat meat in real life, or in films. Just an interesting tid-bit :) —Preceding unsigned comment added by PanicRoomObsession (talkcontribs) 23:43, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

It only belongs if you can find a reliable source that says she is a vegetarian. If you can't produce any reliable sources the information does not belong whether it is a good or a bad thing. A new name 2008 (talk) 23:46, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

She also played one of the main roles in Catch that Kid. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Futurecullenmember211 (talkcontribs) 17:14, 9 April 2009 (UTC) Also, I think it is important to point out that Kristen is "somewhat" infamous for complainining about fame, or mocking acting in a way... Just one example, ina 2009 interview with INTERVIEW magazine, ... if her (Kristen Stewart) whole career involved filming the vampire flicks, she laments that she "would have been a psychopath by the end of a four-year stint on the Twilight saga without anything like that to change it up." "Some nights, I think, 'You know what? I don't care. I'm just going to do what I want to do.' Then the next day I think, 'Ugh. Now everyone thinks I'm going out to get the attention.' But it's like, no, I actually, for a second, thought that maybe I could be like a normal person," she says

Stewart was said to dating co-star Robert Pattinson after they did Twilight together. it has been said she broke up with Michael Angarano for Pattinson. In OK! magazineit was said PAttinson and Stewart missed eachother while Patinson was filming Remember Me. it was also said Pattinson and Stewart took a holiday too Pattinsons home-town - London -. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.67.156.23 (talk) 23:34, 30 October 2009 (UTC)

Known for...

Hardly anyone knows the name Kristen Stewart before Twilight casting. This should at least be implied in the article. The second sentence of this article seems to say she is well-known for multiple roles. ONe can see this is a long list of un/little-known movies, except for The panic room (in which she was only a child) and Into the wild (in which she had a blatantly minor role). And why Wikipedia cannot be edited? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 117.0.36.190 (talk) 19:17, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

In the least, this article needs to mention that Twilight is a turning point that marked her career, or at least fame, boost. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 117.0.36.190 (talk) 19:22, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

You're confusing your understanding of when she became known with that of most other people. She reached fame in the very successful film, Panic Room, one of her earliest films and in which she had a major role. Ward3001 (talk) 19:28, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

That film was well-known. The name Kristen Stewart was not. Does Wikipedia really believe at that this time two years ago the name "Kristen Stewart" alone was recognizable? 117.0.24.99 (talk) 11:33, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

I really feel like removing "Into the Wild" from her notable roles. Her role in the film was completely minor and entirely forgettable. I don't even think fans of hers would mention "Into the Wild" when discussing notable roles. Xprivate eyex (talk) 15:18, 9 October 2009 (UTC)

Your editing and threat

Hello Ward3001 I know that in demand celebrity bios are constantly defaced. If you check my history you might see the battles I endured within the Wiki organization trying to enforce the guidelines for it. The item I posted was relevant due to the graphic and NEWS reports about the issue. Agreed, I didn´t reference them at the time. But to threat me to be banned is a long call. I think this should be included. Reliable sources:

Huffington Post TMZ (photos and videos) and most recently Ciak and ANSA (Italian News Agencies)

If you think this is not relevant for a public figure we might discuss it. Worldnewsjunkie (talk) 04:33, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

"The item I posted was relevant due to the graphic and NEWS reports about the issue": I never said that anything is irrelevant.
"Agreed, I didn´t reference them at the time": And that is the core of the problem. Wikipedia has a zero tolerance policy for adding unsourced or poorly sourced, defamatory information about a living person. It is a legal liability that could result in a lawsuit against Wikipedia. You clearly and unquivocally violated that policy. And providing a vague mention of a source on this talk page is not the proper way to cite a source. See WP:CITE. What you interpreted as "threat me to be banned" was a standard warning template for violating a very serious policy. And the warning still stands. If you add unsourced, defamatory information again, you will be blocked from editing. Read WP:BLP and WP:V before you describe something as a "long call". Ward3001 (talk) 13:33, 8 June 2009 (UTC)

Adopted Brothers

I feel the need to mention here that Kristen Stewart, aside from her older blood-brother Cameron, has two adopted brothers named Dana and Taylor Stewart. They both reside with her parents in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles after Kristen purchased her own home. The fact seems to be relatively unknown. Kristen Marie Stewart or Kristen Jaymes Stewart?

Jaymes, according to birth certificate. Who says Marie? Mad Jack 22:02, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

There is controversey over her middle name because the character Bella Swan in twilight has the middle name Marie. Kristen's name is Jaymes. --WhereTheLinesOverlapXX (talk) 09:24, 8 January 2010 (UTC)

Images

I have restored the original image, File:Kristen Stewart.jpg to the infobox, as it is much more recognizable to readers familiar with her late-2000s films than the newer image File:Kristen Stewart 2009.jpg. That said, it's great to have two such high-quality free images of a public figure!  Skomorokh, barbarian  01:45, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

Hm... I guess it could be argued either way. I know, those images are very nice my favorite is this one. It looks very Vanity Fair-like, they all look great in it ~ ς ح д r خ є ~ 03:55, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
Wait... I don't understand. Are you saying that readers who are more familiar with her late 2000s work will recognize her better in Kristen Stewart.jpg? If we're thinking that way, why can't I change the photo back to Kristen Stewart Crillon Hotel.jpg? Readers more familiar with her in The Runaways will recognize her better. This is what the intro is for. Also, the 2007 image (Kristen Stewart.jpg) could still remain in the "Career" section. One more point: they're both from the late 2000s, except Kristen Stewart Crillon Hotel.jpg is years newer and therefore more up-to-date. ~ ς ح д r خ є ~ 12:15, 22 January 2010 (UTC)
I am saying that the overwhelming majority of reader will be most familiar with Twilight/Adventureland-era Stewart. When I first saw the black-haired image I did not immediately recognise her, for example. Similarly, the Lauren Bacall article leads with an image of her at her most recognisable, rather than most recent, look. Hope this helps clarify my position,  Skomorokh  14:47, 22 January 2010 (UTC)

Filmography table

WP:ACTOR states "A good filmography should be constructed in the following layout, adding awards whenever possible and feasible" the awards they show have very small names, these are outrageously long. The guideline isn't tailored to all articles. The box hits a width of 100% without the font size '8' making it appear oversized and unsightly. Also, it's a guideline, not a rule. ~ ς ح д r خ є ~ 14:25, 28 January 2010 (UTC)

Points are absolute and percentages are relative to the surroundings. Start using points, and it'll severly distort the tables for people with different resolutions, themes etc. (Looks ridicilous using the beta theme/version, for example.) You cannot tailor the tables for your screen. Nymf talk/contr. 14:51, 28 January 2010 (UTC)

Career Into The Wild

It says this in the Into The Wild section of her 'career' paragraph. Her performance was not without detractors, however; Variety's critic Dennis Harvey wrote, "It's unclear whether Stewart means to be playing hippie-chick Tracy as vapid, or whether it just comes off that way."[14] Id like to delete this as i do not believe that we need something negative in there. Ill leave it for a few hours (time now: 18:56) then ill just go ahead. --WhereTheLinesOverlapXX (talk) 18:57, 29 January 2010 (UTC)

I've restored this in order to comment, since you went ahead and removed the content. Holding editors to ransom, as it were, for less than six hours, is in no way long enough for consensus to develop. As for negativity, neutrality policy requires that reliably-sourced criticism should be included, and this includes both positive and negative opinions. Please give other editors time to comment. Not everyone is here 24/7. Rodhullandemu 23:21, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
WTLO, I'm not really seeing the problem with the content you removed. As Rod says, it's our job to write an article that reflects the balance of opinion in the reliable sources out there. If many reputable critics think Stewart is a lousy actress, then it's important that we include that.  Skomorokh  23:24, 29 January 2010 (UTC)

No, it should be the year it was released. If you create an article for it, read "Your first article" and create it at The Yellow Handkerchief (2010 film). Also make sure the film meets upcoming film notability guidelines. ~ ς ح д r خ є ~ 09:54, 3 February 2010 (UTC)

We can only use free images to depict living people. We have a good sized amount of photos we can use in this article at the Wikimedia Commons. However, see the debate above before changing the image. ~ ς ح д r خ є ~ 01:17, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
Indeed. I think it's about time (as I've seen suggested elsewhere), that since Wikipedia is within the top five to ten hits in Google for recent biographies, for a drive directed to agents of these celebs to release free images for use here. However, given the WP:OTRS hurdles that need to be negotiated, my experience is that it's a thankless task since they will already will have their own promotional websites. Meanwhile, we are stuck with free images. Rodhullandemu 01:26, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
"...is likely to display that article on the first page of results, and quite likely as the first or second result returned" –Wikipedia is in the real world? Anyway, it would be nice if that occurred more often but back to relevancy, the free images (all of them) depict Stewart nice enough. I feel the newest image possible should be in the infobox and older ones in the body of article. ~ ς ح д r خ є ~ 11:10, 24 January 2010 (UTC)

Can you post a link to it? Chances are if it's on some website, it's not going to be a free image. and you'd be wasting your time to upload it. Rodhullandemu 21:48, 27 January 2010 (UTC)

I saved it, so i dont have the link anymore. Its from these huge photo sites though, like the ones where they're uploaded and just out out there. The was no one claiming it i dont think. Would that be viable? Im new to this.--WhereTheLinesOverlapXX (talk) 21:53, 27 January 2010 (UTC)

Well we appreciate the effort looking - believe me, I know just how difficult it is to find decent images of folks we can use on Wikipedia. Let us know what results you get.. who knows, you might find a great new mother lode of stuff! <G> I've gone back to the source of the top image (File:Kristen Stewart.jpg) and pulled down everything there was for Kristen and have placed them all on Commons (you can see them here). On top of that, I took the current image and did some basic touch-up work on it as the source tends to have his images look a lil' washed-out. Tabercil (talk) 03:50, 28 January 2010 (UTC)

Just uploaded three new gorgeous pics of Kristen, they have no licensing problems so far, i just wanna leave it for a day in case i got something wrong. However, i wanna post them here for you all to see and know whether or not you think one of them could replace the current pic. I do love the Kristen pic currently, i dont particularly think it needs to be changed. But im just trying to help with the option. So ill post them tomorrow when i know that theyre ok. --WhereTheLinesOverlapXX (talk) 20:42, 28 January 2010 (UTC)

I've had to tag these as "no permission" since they are clearly professionally-taken images, and although they don't appear in www.tineye.com, the first certainly has copyright reserved to its owner, and the second comes from a clearly pirate website. I found 37500 images on Flickr, 104 of which were stated to be CC-BY, but all of which appeared to be photoshopped versions of exiting images, which we can't use. Rodhullandemu 20:58, 28 January 2010 (UTC)
Yup. The one image I was able to track back to WireImage as the source - you can see it on this page. So that one's deleted as an unambiguous copyvio. The other image that's currently up (File:Kristen-Stewart-1268686-small.jpg) I've tracked back via WireImage as being from the Sundance festival premiere of Adventureland from a year ago. It doesn't appear to be from WireImage, but there's lots more place it could be from as there were tons of paparazzi selling to many different photo agencies at that event. Best known for role in Twilight?

"She is perhaps best known for playing Bella Swan in the film Twilight". Twilight is not even out yet, is it actually possible for her to be best known for the Twilight role, or is this statement a bit subjective? Opinions? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Icy-snowflake (talkcontribs) 10:09, 17 November 2008 (UTC)

== Well, she is famous beCAUSE OF PLAYING Bella Swan, i know that the movie is not out, but she is only famouse because she is that character ==

Well, saying someone is "best known" for a certain role is almost always subjective... But considering the amount of media attention that Stewart is getting now because of Twilight, especially considering the movie isn't even out yet, leads me to believe that it's true. Andrea (talk) 14:31, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
Seems like somebody else has already changed it, so never mind. =) Icy-snowflake (talk) 09:18, 20 November 2008 (UTC)

Well Duh! Of course she's best known for playing Bella Swan. Just like Robert Pattinson right now, is known for playing Edward Cullen. They're only being actually noticed because "Twilight" is really popular right now. I'm betting that "New Moon" is going to be big too.

She was best known for her roles in the messengers and catch that kid. Then she became known for her role as bella swan.ChelseaDavis1901 (talk) 20:08, 26 February 2010 (UTC)lovelooksnotwiththeeyesbutwiththemindthereforeiswingedcupidpaintedblindChelseaDavis1901 (talk) 20:08, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

Per our style guideline for films, we don't add films to filmographies until they enter production- this is because pre-production is not necessarily a commitment to production. There's no reason why upcoming films shouldn't be mentioned in the article, however, if they are reliably-sourced. Unfortunately, since IMDB is user-written, it can't be relied upon as a source for this sort of thing. We can say she has committed to the project, but we should wait until there is more concrete detail available. Rodhullandemu 22:33, 8 January 2011 (UTC)

Yep, having now watched the interview, I can say she seems oblivious to whatever joke he was trying to make because it's quite easy to get across the channel in a car, by the Chunnel or ferry boats, the latter for a century or so. The gaff was indeed Letterman's. Gwen Gale (talk) 09:32, 17 August 2010 (UTC)
You guys is funny. Yes, you can be in your car on the Chunnel train, or you can be in your car on the ferry, but you can't actually drive from England to Russia. If you can drive your car onto a boat, and then the boat sails to New Zealand, would you say that you'd driven to New Zealand? Of course not. Career

Someone needs to edit the "career" section of this page because half of the stuff shouldn't even be on it. It seems like an enthusiastic Twilight fan wrote this part "Stewart reappeared as Bella in the sequel, The Twilight Saga: New Moon to critical acclaim, receiving much more positive reviews than her portrayal of the same character in Twilight. Jordan Mintzer from Variety called Stewart "the heart and soul of the film" and praised her for giving "both weight and depth to dialogue...that would sound like typical chick-lit blather in the mouth of a less engaging actress, and she makes Bella's psychological wounds seem like the real deal"

Especially this one, "while critics who gave the film its worst reviews still found her performance "bringing plenty of soul" to the character. She reprised this role in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse." She recieved many horrible reviews too in New Moon. The Twilight movies are not critically acclaimed, nor is anyone's performance in those movies. Instead of writing 3 paragraphs on Twilight, you can just shorten it into Kristen reprised her role as Bella Swan in New Moon, Elclipse, and Breaking Dawn. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Trishstar7 (talkcontribs) 20:04, 19 November 2011 (UTC)

On the French article -

"Des rumeurs ont longtemps couru à propos d'une supposée relation entre elle et Robert Pattinson, son partenaire dans la saga Twilight, mais les deux acteurs ont toujours soit refusé de les commenter soit entretenu le doute [8],[9]. Answering my own request, I found it here. I'll replace the ref in the article. Andrea (talk) 03:56, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

Kristen Stewart never acknowledged that she was in a relationship with Robert Pattinson. She was heard saying she had an English boyfriend. Never said it was Robert Pattinson. Please correct this on the wiki page under personal life. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.197.45.237 (talk) 17:52, 27 February 2012 (UTC)

New Image in June 2012

There's a new images of Kristen Stewart in June 2012:

I think you could replace the picture in infobox with that picture. Thanks. --2.90.125.86 (talk) 22:49, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

Picture changed.

Less than a month ago the current Kristen Stewart Picture:

was changed to a newer picture of her:

but then after a few days it was changed back to the first one. I think the second choice would be a better photograph to place in the infobox.

Thank you. --Snicketts (talk) 03:02, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

| The second picture is much better as the profile image because you can see her face clearly.--Trishstar7 (talk) 06:40, 9 July 2012 (UTC)
I think the first picture is better. The second one looks a little weird. -teammathi 12:52, 7 July 2012 (CET)
I don't know, her posture seems a bit awkward in the first one.... Thank you for changing it though!--Snicketts (talk) 07:57, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
I just think that she looks a lot more like herself in the first picture. teammathi 10:58, 8 July 2012 (CET)
The second picture is her most recent pic. She's at a premiere dresses up. What do you mean she doesn't look like herself?--Bluescarred (talk) 21:35, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
I mean that she usually dresses very casually and doesn't look as glamorous and done up. The first photo is from 2012 too, do I think it should stay until maybe there's a more recent but also casual photo of hers. teammathi 12:01, 9 July 2012 (CET)
Thank you for the new picture, I hope everybody is pleased with it, too. teammathi 10:59, 18 July 2012 (CET)

Picture

Moderators always choose the awkwardest looking picture from the batch for Kristen's infobox, someone was saying that it's because she doesn't "look like herself" in event pictures so they choose pictures where she does look like "herself", but what exactly are you implying? Jennifer Lawrence and Kirsten Dunst don't always have high heels and designer dresses on when they're off the red carpet, so why do they have pictures like that? I say we change Kristen's back to this one, please:

And also, she has several Teen Choice Award nominations for her roles in Breaking Dawn Part 1 and Snow White and the Huntsman (all of which are still pending) the categories she's nominated in go as follow:

SUMMER FEMALE MOVIE STAR for Snow White & The Huntsman ACTRESS ROMANCE for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 ACTRESS SCI-FI/FANTASY for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 LIPLOCK for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 (shared with Robert Pattinson) The Teen Choice Awards air on Sunday July 22th, so we'll have the results by then. Thank you--Snicketts (talk) 23:00, 20 July 2012 (UTC)

I support your proposal to develop this picture number 5 in infobox, Because the color is excellent. But the picture of Comic-Con in 2012, The color whiter. You can change the image that you want. Regards. --M.Sunshine (talk) 11:48, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
The current picture is the most recent and I think it's absolutely fine. I don't think it should be changed. teammathi 15:26, 21 July 2012 (CET)
Actually, I think I've found a better photo, also from Comic-Con 2012, and also by Gage Skidmore:
What do the others think? teammathi 15:32, 21 July 2012 (CET)
Sorry there is no difference, the same this Other image of Comic-Con 2012. --M.Sunshine (talk) 14:18, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
The difference between them, this has been cropped, and the other at full size. Regards. --M.Sunshine (talk) 14:18, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
Look again, they're not the same. teammathi 17:21, 21 July 2012 (CET)
I know they're not the same. I mean the same image from Comic-Con 2012. And also the color whiter. i see this picture is the best to put into infobox. This is my opinion. Regards. --M.Sunshine (talk) 16:44, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
She doen't look like herself in the number 5 photo because of the hairstyle and make-up (especially eyebrow).
I think the Comic-Con close-up photo, the most recent one, is better to put into infobox. We don't have to change it. --114.145.179.174 (talk) 00:30, 22 July 2012 (UTC)
Hello again, I have found a new image from Comic-Con 2012. But what the best picture of these two photos, put them in infobox:
What we choose them ? --M.Sunshine (talk) 02:37, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

Again, with the "she doesn't look like herself" excuse. It isn't a valid excuse, if that's what you're saying then go change everyone else's pictures as well. Go on. And really, no one's gonna care about the tone of the picture if it's white or yellow, or green or red... it doesn't matter. I agree with M.Sunshine in that picture 5

would be the best choice. She also won the award for Female Summer Action Star for Snow White and the Huntsman (Teen Choice Awards) which you seem to have overlooked.... Thank you --Snicketts (talk) 05:56, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

Well, most celebrities don't have natural looking photos of themselves that aren't paparazzi shots. Emma Stone also has a normal looking photo of herself at Comic-Con in the info box. I think picture B would be the best choice. teammathi 16:14, 23 July 2012 (CET)
I thought that we put a picture 5 in infobox. And image A or B at the end of section 2008-present. Is the best in the article. What is your opinion? --M.Sunshine (talk) 14:40, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
I thought we could do it the other way around. teammathi 19:30, 23 July 2012 (CET)
After all, I'm going to change the images and look better. Regards. --M.Sunshine (talk) 18:28, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
Done, Look at the article, and give me your opinion. Regards. --M.Sunshine (talk) 18:41, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

Thank you, M.Sunshine! It looks great! --Snicketts (talk) 20:35, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

You're welcome, anytime. --M.Sunshine (talk) 20:39, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

Teen Choice Awards 2012

She won Choice Summer Actress for Snow White & The Huntsman and NOT for Breaking Dawn Part 1 that wouldn't even make sense, please change it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.178.184.225 (talk) 17:04, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

Take the part about her cheating off. Thats does not belong here! Laurarose19 (talk) 09:29, 26 July 2012 (UTC)

It does belong here since it's a part of her personal life. teammathi 12:26, 26 July 2012 (CET)

I request that you remove [the content about Stewart and Pattinson's relationship actual (content removed to prevent the exact sorts of google visibility or BLP problems of having it in the article. DMacks (talk) 15:54, 26 July 2012 (UTC))]

It is true and she did apologize for it publicly. teammathi 12:28, 26 July 2012 (CET)

It is not confimred to be true. There's no proof that she actually apologized for it publicly. Just because some gossip magazine writes it does not mean it's true. There are thousand other rumors about her. It needs to be removed from this article! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.179.142.90 (talk) 17:45, 26 July 2012 (UTC)

Re-opened pending input from Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard#Kristen Stewart, Rupert Sanders, Robert Pattinson. DMacks (talk) 18:05, 26 July 2012 (UTC)
Good move. I would also say that the paragraph should be removed until pending consensus at the BLP board, but I am not going to be bold and do it myself, as I think someone would probably add it again immediately. Nymf hideliho! 18:24, 26 July 2012 (UTC)

Edit request for

The last paragraph of the Personal life section got scrambled up a bit. I see in the previous section some contention regarding the wording. How about this:

Current:

Stewart officially acknowledged her relationship with Pattinson for the first time in July 2012, when Us Weekly published photos of Stewart caught allegedly cheating on Pattinson Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

Proposed:

Stewart officially acknowledged her relationship with Pattinson for the first time in July 2012, when Us Weekly published photos of Stewart allegedly engaged in a fling with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

The changes are:

  1. Fix the chopped up part "caught allegedly cheating on Pattinson Snow"
  2. Wikilink to the movie page.

The People magazine ref/citation stays the same. I suspect the source of the chopped syntax was a copy/paste and then revision of the text from this usmagazine article.

Note that this is a English syntax cleanup request and unrelated to the BLP noticeboard thread about if the paragraph should be present at all. --Marc Kupper|talk 22:42, 29 July 2012 (UTC)

I propose that the sentence gets changed to
Stewart officially acknowledged her relationship with Pattinson for the first time in July 2012, when Us Weekly published photos of Stewart caught allegedly cheating on Pattinson with the/her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.
teammathi 14:19, 30 July 2012 (CET)
"Affair" is more neutral than "cheating". Besides, Stewart and Pattinson are not married. Don't make a mountain out of a molehill, for whatever it is worth. Nymf hideliho! 12:23, 30 July 2012 (UTC)
I agree but "affair" implies that it had been going on for a while while "cheating". Maybe "being unfaithful" or something similar? teammathi 14:46, 30 July 2012 (CET)
"Fling" which Marc Kupper proposed seems fine to me. Again, Stewart is not married. Nymf hideliho! 12:57, 30 July 2012 (UTC)

Trampire?

Really, is this why people ask for edit permission? To swap actress with trampire? 85.53.161.236 (talk) 11:24, 17 August 2012 (UTC) They shouldn't be allowed to call actors especially Kristen Stewart any names or nick names. This person addressing her as trampire must be a REAL ANGEL and never has done anything wrong! 1. Please Post That Kristen doesn't have a twitter account and indeed once she said that she is not going to create one soon.

2. Kristen is not dropped from SWATH 2.

3. Please post best photo's of Kristen there are amazing photo's out there and haters are posting the worst of the worst photos.

1. Please provide a source for that statement.
2. There is no mentioning of Stewart being dropped from SWATH 2 in the article.
3. The picture is fine isn't it? marie (talk) 09:06, 29 August 2012 (UTC)

Photos

I think that there are too many photos in the article. I think we should at least delete one of the two last photos (Comic-Con and Cannes) since they were taken only two months apart but I would like to hear/read other editors' opinion first. teammathi (talk) 06:58, 30 August 2012 (UTC)

I think we could get rid of the last one with her with Viggo Mortenson and Kirsten Dunst. Photos are used and allowed if it shows the person from different angles. The top one she's facing straight forward, 2nd one she's facing right, the one at comic con she's facing left, but the one with her and Mortenson she's also facing right, so that can be taken out. Lady Lotus (talk) 12:51, 30 August 2012 (UTC)
I've taken out the last pictures of her with 2 other costars. It was unncessary and was cramping up the page. There are 3 pictures in her career section already.--Bluescarred (talk) 20:59, 10 September 2012 (UTC)

This articles states that the role Kristen Stewart played in Breaking Dawn Part 1 was Bella Swan. This is incorrect due to the fact that Bella had gotten married to her lover, Edward Cullen in Breaking Dawn Part 1, thus making her Bella Cullen and not Bella Swan. I request that you make this change.

there is a movie named "take me home tonight" which is not added u might want to add it to complete the profile as far as possible Akashbajoria165 (talk) 07:16, 28 November 2012 (UTC)

Did you mean this one: Take Me Home Tonight? I don't see her name on the cast list for that, either there or at a couple of reference sites. Sorry if I'm missing it, or you meant a different movie. Maybe you are thinking of Teresa Palmer. They sure look similar. [12] Begoontalk 10:08, 28 November 2012 (UTC)
