Neutral point of view is a fundamental Wikimedia principle and a cornerstone of Wikipedia.

'OR, at least that is how it had been perceived by local people'

Ugg. I've had a quick go at rewriting it - not brilliant, but it's got rid of the worst of it. FlagSteward (talk) 20:26, 3 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
