order of list entries[edit]

Might it be appropriate to order the list entries according to their size or hierarchical relationship among each other? Maybe something like the largest subdivisions could be listed first followed by its subdivisions in turn, or the opposite (smalled first followed the the larger entities)? The entries that are similar or nearly equivalent can be grouped together within the over-all hierarchy. Might this be a reasonable arrangement? -RobertBlacknut 23:46, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes.. alphabetical if nearly equivalent. Ohwell32 04:04, 25 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

British or general list?[edit]

The article seems to restrict itself to land ownership in Great Britain. Should the title be changed to match the scope, or the article expanded to cover European feudalism in general? A few of these terms have counterparts in continental Europe, and it seems other applicable terms may have been left out because they weren't particular to Britain.
