mention limited use of dwave in non tech terms[edit]

since wiki is supposed to be a general encylopedia, the discussion of dwave is far to technical. the discussion should state simply something like not useful for most computing problems, works only on certain problems 50.245.17.105 (talk) 15:59, 17 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
