Who is it[edit]

Who is Secretary General!? All I can find is an article on the assembly website (which actually gets updated) that mentions that the Greeks are a bit sad that only an acting replacement as been appointed. Yet another problem is the Secretariat-General website (which is never updated) states Arnaud Jacomet is Secretary-General. A quick search through google reveals that he has been cited as Secretary-General for well over a year, perhaps more. Anyone know what is going on?- _J.Logan`^t: 19:05, 10 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
