Lead[edit]

  • "He spent two-and-a-half seasons with the club, scoring 21 goals in 79 league appearances before joining current club Sevilla in 2017. " - think we can get away by omitting "current club" since its already established that the currently places for the club not to earlier in the lead

Deportivo Cali[edit]

  • " Muriel joined Colombian Primera A side Deportivo Cali in January 2012." - it should be January 2009 as indiicated in the career statstics table
  • "before scoring 'scoring nine goals in 10 appearances the following season" - remove the second mention of the word "scoring"
  • "Udinese officially completed the signing of Muriel, who was 19-years-old at the time, on 30 May 2010 for a reported fee of €1.5m." - here's an improvement Udinese officially completed the signing of Muriel, who was 19 at the time, on 30 May 2010 for a reported fee of €1.5 million
  • "Shortly after his arrive in Udine, however, he was loaned to Segunda División side Granada." - arrival and this sentence is lacking a citation.

Return to Udinese[edit]

  • "with the club manager insiting that he needed to lose five pounds," Use the convert template to convert five pounds into kilograms
  • "including a spell of zero goals in 11 matches" - including a speed without any goals in 11 matches

Sevilla[edit]

  • "netting the winner in a 1-0 victory over Girona." - the hyphen should be replaced by the en dash as has been done earlier in the article

Colombia national U20 team[edit]

  • "he scored the only goal of the match as Colombia beat Korea Republic 1–0 to progress from the group stages with a perfect record." - ge scored the only goal of the match as Colombia defeated the Korea Republic 1–0 to progress from the group stages with a perfect record. - also Korea Republic is a dab link.
  • "Muriel ultimately scored four goals for the tournament before Colombia were knocked out by Mexico in the quarter-finals." - this statement requires a citation

Hi MWright96, thank you very much for the review. I've made all of the above changes as per your recommendations. The only instance where I deviated slightly from your review was in point 3 of Deportivo Cali above where I removed reference to his age altogether.
