candidate for speedy deletion? that makes no sense whatsoever. the more i think about it, it looks like the person who put that notice on here is on wikipedia for the express purpose of vandalism.

Please read WP:NPA and WP:AGF. The article was properly deleted as a non-notable band. If you want to recreate the article, please do so following the guidelines shown at WP:MUSIC, or it will be deleted again. Naconkantari e|t||c|m 02:24, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that we need to assume good faith, however the speedy deletion wasn't what I'd call "proper" at all. I've restored this. If there are questions about the significance of the band, I'd rather see them settled at Afd than by a speedy deletion. We already have an article on George Lynch (musician), the founder of the band. Friday (talk) 19:24, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
